Workspace members

A workspace is shared by its members. Every member has full access to the workspace's studies and data. The workspace owner is the one person who manages billing and workspace settings.

1. Open Workspace settings, People, and choose Add member.
2. Enter one or more email addresses. Each person receives an invitation by email; if an email cannot be delivered, Palette gives you a link to share instead.
3. Anyone who accepts joins as a member. Invitations that are still pending appear in the People list until they are accepted or revoked.

From a member's row the owner can transfer ownership to that member or remove them from the workspace; from a pending invitation's row the owner can copy the link again or revoke it. Removing a member takes effect immediately and does not delete anything they created.

Free workspaces include a fixed number of seats. On Pro, each member is a billed seat, and adding someone beyond the seats you already own is a billable action.
