Palette connects to Jira Cloud so it can search your issues and reference them in conversations and research.

  1. Open Workspace settings, Integrations, Jira. Connecting is available to workspace owners.
  2. Click Connect with Atlassian, choose your Jira site, and accept the permissions Atlassian shows. The connected site appears in the integration's settings.
  3. Tick the projects whose issues Palette should index and click Save projects. Palette checks that it can read each project before saving.

Palette indexes the issues in the saved projects and picks up new and updated issues automatically every 15 minutes. To change what is indexed, tick or untick projects and save again.

Disconnecting stops indexing immediately. Palette no longer searches or references Jira issues.
