Palette connects to HubSpot so it can search your companies, contacts, deals, and notes and reference them in conversations and research.

  1. Open Workspace settings, Integrations, HubSpot. Connecting is available to workspace owners.
  2. Click Connect HubSpot and choose the portal to connect. One portal is connected per workspace.

There is nothing to select: Palette starts indexing as soon as the portal is connected and picks up changes automatically every 15 minutes. The integration page runs a set of checks that confirm Palette can read each object type; Re-verify runs them again, and Re-authorize repairs a connection HubSpot has revoked.

Disconnecting stops indexing immediately. Palette no longer searches or references HubSpot records.
