Continuous user research that ships

Palette does the research for you. It runs studies with real users and learns from your product in use, autonomously and continuously, to ensure your team always has the latest picture of what users want and think about your product. User insights are grouped into feature proposals and turned into build specs that can be exported to your favorite workflow tool or built directly in Palette.

Palette can operate fully autonomously, or adjust to your preferred workflow and collect insight only on your command.

How Palette conducts user research

  • User studies. Dynamic AI-moderated interviews with real people, including recruitment and follow-up questions.
  • Usability studies. Users receive a goal in your real product while Palette studies how they reach it.
  • Microstudies. Palette identifies what it needs to learn, writes the questions, and places them on your site for your users to answer.
  • Integrations. Palette reads user signals from your existing tools, such as Slack, Linear, Jira, and HubSpot.
  • Screen observer. Palette observes product sessions, finds friction, and collects it as insight.
  • User voice. Palette uses subagents to read community threads, review sites, social posts, and more.

Every insight is backed by a real source and placed in your organization's evidence graph, so you can ask Palette what to build next, with evidence traceable back to the users who said it.
